As the owner of Gamma Group, Dereck plays a pivotal role in guiding businesses toward operational excellence. He also holds several fractional and advisory roles, lending his expertise to companies seeking strategic growth.

Dereck’s extensive skill set spans new business development, process improvement, management consulting, and ISO standards. He has successfully navigated complex challenges for companies of all sizes, fostering diverse customer bases across multiple industries.

His qualifications include an MEng and certifications such as ASQ-QCE, ASQ-CQM, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, NDT LP II, NDT RT I, and Lead Auditor credentials for ISO 13485, AS9100, TS16949, and ISO 9001.
Kimberly Williams - Owner/Director of Operations
Kimberly is a dedicated Operations Director at Gamma Group with over 20 years of expertise in driving quality and customer satisfaction.
Known for her strong leadership and commitment to operational excellence, Kimberly focuses on cost reduction, team growth, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Her strengths include program development, communication, Quality Management Systems (QMS), continuous improvement, and quality auditing. Kimberly has consulted across diverse industries, helping businesses enhance their quality systems and drive continual improvement.
She holds certifications in BSME, ASQ-CQE, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, NDT RT II, and Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and AS9100.
Kimberly’s prior senior management roles at Diamond WTG Engineering & Services and Creative Plastics Injection Molding have equipped her with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, making her a proven leader in operational excellence.
